WORK

1996 – Present Self Employed Ceramicist and painter/printer. Create domestic slipped earthenware and small scale sculptural, stoneware as well as mono prints and paintings for sale through galleries nationally.

PUBLIC AND PERMANENT COLLECTIONS

1997 – I.W.C.A.T. Tokoname Japan. Four peices of sculptural ceramics.

1996 – Morrisons Business Centre, Darlington, Co Durham . Commissioned four paintings.

1984 – Corning Museum, New York, America. Glass Bowl.

VOCATIONAL COURSES 

1996 – Penrith, ‘ Fire Over The North’. One week kiln building course. Working with kiln builders from around the world. Wali hawes building fire sculptures, Atsiko Ito consructing and firing an anigama climbing kiln and various other kiln such as wattle and daub, pit firings etc.

1997 – Tokoname, Japan . I.W.C.A.T. [ International workshop in ceramic art]. Attended five week workshop of twenty sellected potters from thirteen different countries.
